julianne smith products are made in the united states with materials made in the united states. each wedding garter is carefully hand crafted to order for every customer. while you are handling your product, please know that hand crafted products are delicate. if something should happen to your product, julianne smith will gladly fix or replace your item. email info@juliannesmith.com for more information.

ordering

to order a julianne smith wedding garter, please click on the “buy now” button on each style page to pay with a credit card via paypal. to pay with cash or check, please email info@juliannesmith.com to place an order. please allow approximately 5-10 days for the production of wedding garters. custom wedding garters may take longer and a time frame will be provided upon ordering. rush orders are available upon request.

shipping

please allow approximately 5-10 days for the production of garters and an additional 3-5 days for shipping, depending on location. all wedding garters are shipped via the u.s. postal service’s first class mail service. wedding garters are available for pick up with in the washington, d.c. area. once and order is placed, customers will receive an email update regarding the production and shipment of their order.  shipping costs ($3.00 per order) are in addition to the prices listed on this site and are non-refundable.  customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to their order. rush shipments are available upon request and depending on rush maybe be subject additional fees.

payment

all payments must be received in full prior to obtaining or the shipping of julianne smith wedding garters.  credit cards (via pay pal), cash, personal checks or julianne smith gift certificates will be accepted as forms of payment. to purchase your wedding garter online, click the “buy now” button on each style page. checks should be made payable to "Julianne Smith." an additional $25.00 will be charged for all returned checks. if paying with cash or check, please email info@juliannesmith.com for payment drop-off or mailing instructions. 

sizing

all julianne smith wedding garters are one-size-fits-all. they are designed to be worn on the thigh, just above the knee. special sizing requests will gladly be handled, please email info@juliannesmith.com to inquire.

gift certificates

gift certificates are available and make a great shower or bachelorette present for the bride. to purchase a gift certificate, please email info@juliannesmith.com. in your email, please indicate the amount of your gift certificate or if you would like to pay for the item after the bride has made her selection. to redeem a gift certificate, please email info@juliannesmith.com.

product care

all julianne smith products are hand crafted and thus delicate. gentle spot cleaning with cold water is recommended for all wedding garters. if extremely soiled, wedding garters can be soaked in cold water and laid flat to dry. to preserve your wedding garter, wrap it in tissue paper and place it back in the box provided by julianne smith upon shipping.

returns

if you are unhappy with your wedding garter, returns or exchanges will be accepted on unused items within 30 days of purchase. returns and/or exchanges are not accepted on custom orders. julianne smith will make every attempt to fully discuss your custom wedding garter order prior to production to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want. all shipping costs are non-refundable. if you have a return, please email info@juliannesmith.com.
