It’s Not You. It’s the Market.

Most wedding pros aren’t struggling because they’re lazy, unmotivated, undisciplined, or the dreaded not good enough. 

They’re struggling because the client changed faster than they did.

What couples want, how they communicate, where they look for vendors, what they expect from a service-based business, it’s all changed. And fast. 

None of it is the same as it was five years ago. Some of it’s not even the same as it was last season.

So if it feels hard to keep up, that’s because it is hard to keep up. The rules changed and nobody sent a memo. Nobody sent an email. Nobody posted about it.

But the good news is that when you accept that reality, the easier it gets to keep up with the changes. You can start making shifts that actually matter. You can stop blaming yourself and start adjusting your marketing, your messaging, and your systems to meet clients where they are now. Not where they used to be.
