100-ish Word Thought: Say more, BUT SAY IT better
Your Website Has a Job
Your website is not the place to be brief.
And yet, so many wedding pros are editing it down like it’s an Instagram caption, short, vague, and full of gaps.
Then they wonder why inquiries feel off or wrong-fit clients come with a million questions.
Your website isn’t there to tease. It’s there to teach.
It’s there for them to get to know you on such a deep level that by the time they fill out your contact form, working with you is a foregone conclusion.
The right client is not overwhelmed by too much info. They are reassured by it. They want to understand your process, your pricing, your perspective, and what working with you actually feels like.
When you don’t say enough, they fill in the blanks. Usually incorrectly.
More information, when it’s intentional, positions you as the expert. It filters, qualifies, and builds trust before they ever inquire.
So no, don’t say less. Say what actually matters. Say what they’re already wondering. Say the parts your competitors are avoiding.
Because the business that explains it best is usually the one that gets booked.
