I didn’t know the difference between consistency and perfection for a long time. Knowing the difference can set you free and skyrocket you to your goals. I’ve said for a long time that you have to be consistent in your marketing. I've never said you have to be perfect.

You can mess up or get it wrong. You just can’t stop.

Perfection holds you back from starting and it justifies quitting when it doesn’t go as you had planned or hoped. Consistency is what motivates you to start, anywhere, even on the smallest thing. If you can just stay consistent, it’s better than nothing.

Consistency is also what keeps you going when things get hard or go wrong.

Don’t give up, keep going.
