Wedding pros are no strangers to late nights and long weekends.

So it’s natural a response that when things feel off, inquiries are down, it all feels a mess, the instinct is to work harder. Post more. Network more. Conference more. Everything more. Sleep can come later.

But you can’t out-hustle a broken system.

If your inquiry pipeline is a mess, if you’re guessing at your lead sources, or hoping Instagram picks up steam, working harder won’t fix it. You’ll just be doing more of what isn’t working.

It’s not about doing more. And it’s definitely not about giving up. 

It’s about building a new, better or different system. And it’s definitely about working the system.

Because when you work the system, that’s when your work takes you someplace new, better, or different. 

Structure first. Hustle second.

You might just find yourself doing less and getting better results. Imagine that.
