Talk Is Cheap

People often say the struggle is real. But is it though? I’m the first say I’m so busy, all the things are on my plate. Overwhelm is really real. Except when I talk about it like that it makes it way worse. It might be true, it's just that describing it like a disaster where I'm the victim is not helpful. Do yourself a favor and take the temperature down on your self talk and how you describe your to do list. Sure, you can do all the hacks like block scheduling, and the top 3 things to accomplish per day blah blah, but how about we start with just calling it what it is - you have things on your to do list. That’s it. Guess what? No one better than you to get it done. Talk is cheap. As in how you talk to yourself is so cheap, it's free. How you frame things in your mind is the free-est thing you can do for yourself and your business.
